  • Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event or delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

    • If a cancellation is made 7 days or more before the event or delivery date, a full refund will be issued.

  • Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Custom or personalized items, perishable goods, and special order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • Requests to modify orders must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event or delivery date. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Delivery and Pickup:

    • Balloon Mania will deliver products to the address specified at the time of purchase. Delivery charges may apply.

  • Pickup Policy:

    • If you have opted to pick up your order, please ensure that you collect it on the agreed date and time. Failure to do so may result in the order being considered canceled without a refund.

Force Majeure:

Balloon Mania is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, or strikes.
